A leap of faith

You will hear many lies, you will be told that I am not real.
But when you are the one in doubt, its you I will heal.

When you are in doubt, when you cry and are lost.
I will appear in your dreams, guiding you through my holy ghost.

"But father how will i know that it is you and not a joke?"

"Don't worry I will be of a glow, in a white cloak."

When I am around, evil cannot touch you by the power
of my name.
As long as you obey our relationship remains the same.

"But what if you are gone, and I can no longer feel you."

I am never gone, I'm by your side, even though our relationship is new.

My child I love you so much, even when you push me away.
I will never leave you, but encourage for you to stay.

I have built you a home, a kingdom it is your dome.
What mine is yours, together we build a home.

"Father I have sinned, I know that I have a past."
My child, you have grown, forgiveness you have asked.

I shall save you, heal you in return for a special bond.
With a glorious smile, of your prayers I am quite fond.

So don't worry my child, I will always keep you under my wing.

I shall never steer you into the dark, I am your king.

So take my hand on this journey as we walk in the right
way.
