Saffie this is very sad. Here's what I think.

It seems like your body is frozen with fear and there is nothing you can do. A lot of people do go through this though. They are too scared to say anything so they stay silent. I do like the first line though because it canmean a lot of things. With your mind as well. I agree your mind can be very fragile when it takes abuse. Your mind knows nothing but the sadness you have endured. The last line wraps up the poem so welltoo. Your heart does get hit the hardest and it doesseem like it cannot be healed at all. Anyways...

This poem overall is great. You tell so much in such a short poem. This message is a very strong as a sad poem and I believe a lot of people can relate to it as well. I also love how you make it seem so real. The lines connect so well together. The title also fits perfectly because you do feel violated when you get hurt. Great poem :)

In this poem, you hit all aspects of violated - emotional, physical, and psychological as well.

In the first line, you are physically frozen. That usually signals fear. Something is happening and it's like your mind disconnects from your body, you lose all motor skills and are unable to move a muscle.

Then, you move on to the psychological aspect. Your mind is possibly going so fast with thoughts, that it's weakened itself and left you open to harm. You can't comprehend a single thought let alone the thousands that continue to scream inside your head..but all it wants to do is rest now.

The ending is of course emotional, whatever happened has scarred your heart and left it in pieces, never to be whole again. At times, I think emotional damage can be the worst... because it can control the other two. I know people say psychological is, but when in situations dealing with your heart... it definitely hurts more than your brain.
