Our memories are permanent but I still try to erase it,
What we had I never paced it, but I always tried to race it,

Never established, we were never official by a numerical date,
But when our eyes met, it felt like it determined our fate,

I love that feeling of being a teenager connected by two hearts,

My smiles begins to grow more everyday I see you,
And my heart begins to fall more everyday that I get to be with you,

All that I am, I thought I wasn't good enough,
I fell hard before, but I got back up,

I struggled through many things, and you went through the same,
But there's something about you that makes me forget about the pain,

When I recover from whatever phase that I'm facing,
I'm going to return you the favor with this love that we are chasing,

Even though we're less then lovers and more then friends,
