When there was no one to help he sacrificed
Stood up for us and made change
Driven us to equality
No one is perfect but he has done an excellent job
They tried to stop him but he was able to stop them
Hes not a fighter but freedom is what he has bought
Hes not a survivor but ninety five years was the best he can live
