Origin.

by Courageous Dreamer   Dec 6, 2013

You once spoke of love being anchored,
perhaps stagnant against the current;
That's when I felt my heart was like a cove,
bitten from the foundation of all we've become -
yet I, a wayfarer of our dreams, always
guided you back to the origin of love -
for I've never been more devoted to you.

    Interesting piece. I like most of the images, but the image of your heart being 'bitten' doesn't seem to adhere to the overall scene (to me.) I love love love the sentence about the heart/cove/bitten, it just seems to jive with the rest of the piece a little. But maybe that was the point?
