I just have to highlight this part because it just speaks volumes about how precious a relationship you have with her and how you appreciate her words of wisdom..some your age would just think her a silly old woman but not you and that comes over very clearly right through the entire verse.

This really is a lovely write saffie. I didn't see anything wrong with it at all. I loved how you compared this person to a flower and it seems like they are very delicate and beautiful to your eyes. Life is all about getting more and more wise and this person whom you hold highly in your life has taught you so much from their time in life. Loved how you used "golden rose" to make this person stand out from the rest and that again shows me that you hold so much love for the person. The metaphors are very unique here and I believe they work so well because of the connections you use. Like wisdom to life and flower showering you. Though this is a friendship poem the emotions are used well here. This does give a great feeling of love and warmth. Well done
