You are a Cathedral

by Everlasting   Dec 12, 2013

You are two extended palms
facing one another, touching
each other
while two knees kneel down
in prayers.

You are a cathedral
With votive candles burning
Silence into incense
Dispersing faith with holy
Water.

You are a child
Searching for a cross,
for the promise of the lips
That do, yet do not speak
Or talk.

You are You,
the sign of the holy spirit,
the answers to daily prayers.

~ Love the imagination, flow right until the end, and analogy of innocence as a child. Magnificent work. 5/5!
