The scientific nightmare

by Rey Severs   Dec 20, 2013

Many have nightmares,
But I only dream,
I've never been normal,
Normal's mainstream.

Nothing is more frightening,
As you to some,
But I smile in happiness,
I must be dumb.

I admire your experiments,
As you slice through the skin,
Of a thousand victims,
What would be classed as a sin.

I wish I were intelligent,
At least to conversate,
Your every word,
I anticipate.

I embrace you,nightmare,
Without an ounce of shame,
And to be honest,
I continue to again.

You strike fear in every mortal,
An abomination,
But I find you interesting,
You are my sedation.

I want to be close to you,
Although it is dangerous,
Even if the results,
Are potentially heinous.

I don't mind,
If you aren't the same,
I don't even mind,
You're no longer sane.

I'm your biggest admirer,
And support every experiment,
I watch you in awe,
and pass no judgement.

I am glad of your friendship,
I am happy you're excelling,
You inspire me to move forward,
Your actions are compelling.

I'm glad I met you,
Although circumstances rare,
I'm sorry I ramble,
But I really do care.

I may never see you physically,
Circumstances are perplex,
But I am glad I met you,
In this life,and the next.
