I hear them whispering about me,
I wonder if anyone will ever want me,
I see so many people in love and think it would be nice.
I am unwanted,
I pretend it doesn't hurt,
I touch no one's heart,
I feel so lost and empty,
I worry I will always be unwanted,
I cry because I am so alone,
I understand that maybe I am meant to be alone and unwanted forever,
I say that is something I can accept,
I dream that some day, someone will want me,
