From Effort to Pleasure

Long and hard is how its been
In this physical endurance
Taking on this sweaty challenge
Where there is no finishing insurance,

Every day I try harder to satisfy
The feeling of accomplishment
Reaching the goal set within
Satisfaction feels heaven sent,

Pushing harder each time I try
Gaining confidence in every stride
There is a feeling of endurance
Growing stronger inside,

Now the strain has turned to pleasure
Enjoying this feeling I like
Just from cleaning that dusty ol` thing
