Deathwalkers

by Thomas   Jan 1, 2014

"In honor and blood, forever we are bound.
But never shall we ever be frowned!
Though even demons may have been spawned..
We shall march, 'til death and beyond!"
They exclaimed in their deepest agony,
For death was there, as if in irony.
A fact perceived by few, as honorably,
Though few would descend so agreeably
into a world where chaos reigns,
A world ruled only by dead taints...
I shall forever damn that blasted day,
In which they broke us into dismay,
A disordering disability of destruction;
At least it put the world into motion...

The warriors of the past, they rose ahead
without a single thought in their head,
Not a single doubt, not a single word,
Not even a single enemy left unspurred.
For their mission was to halt all death,
As they would serve, until their last breath.
Their leaders diverse, though many corrupt,
Not all of them would seek to disrupt
the balance of all life, a perfect circle;
One they considered all dull and mortal.
To test this mortality, they gave blade
and commanded their armies, until they strayed
clear of all mortality, for they became brutes,
The brutes they slew, though, in mighty cahoots.
