Geisha

Geisha
Geisha girl you answer twice, your name to call the sparrow's lust.
Willow free your heart's desire, gentle flow silver stream in meadows
Your broken feet to rest upon soft evergreen.
Painted faces, milky white, red cherry lips , charcoal black ravens eye.
Brightly decorated silken robe, kimono of sorrow your birthright.
Laid upon hungry smiles of strange Samurai ,
your shadow dancing a dreamers flight.
Pleasing parched lips of warn out warrior soldiers
Your sweet song and dance gently swaying them into trance.
Geisha girl, you move in rhythm to happy melodies
Yet your heart remains ever so . . . still.
