Together We Can Fight!

by Bonaventure Onuabuchi   Jan 13, 2014

Drifting back to the past of no you,
I dwelled in a hell, in my guardian angel's paradise!
Till grovelling under your arms;
The pedigree of un-quantifiable respite!
Where now is this indistinct voice from?
In my open eyes dreams,
I feel sound that pierces through my ears,
delivering words of in-distinction and doubt!
Tears flow like a river in my heart;
Thinking of the voice' injurious injunction!
And my uncertainity of your mind,
withered away my respite!
Left only to wonder why faith is against love and truth;
and flashing back to the days without you.
Which is where the piercing voice of faith suggests for me!
But this I thought;
And that's something you should know;
.............................
I couldn't afford we being apart.
Cos' I need you like I do.
If it's about the battle of faith.
As we approach the war front.
Together we'll fight.
When the time is right.
But only if you feels like I do.

Dedicated to: Semira Ogweda.
