We're all stuck on the one person that treats us like shit, but won't let them go for the people that actually cherish us, and it's not just that we don't wanna move on so we don't wanna get hurt again it's also that we rather stay with the lies that we know and continue to soak in that pain that we already started feeling instead of going to hear a new lie and feel that shocking pain we act like we don't expect all over again, because even though we know the new ones will let us down, for some reason we always hope they'll be the ones to keep us up
