whenever your lemons got spoiled

breathe toxic words and whisper
hunger into my ears

follow smiles up with kisses
that felt colder than ice

draw a veil over
your real feelings, and fears

But now

I miss how you'd always
write love on your forehead
and headbutt me, so I wouldn't forget
