Vintage (Senryu)

Though I am not completely sure what this poem is about, I think this is about a teenage girl or a cheerleader. They are hiding their face so no one can see their tears. No one knows their secret inside of them. I like the use of the word vintage here. That tells me they have been hiding their secrets for a long time. I liked this poem because there is a hint of sadness in the three lines and it could be based on reality. The imagery is great and vivid because I can see the scene enfold here. Very powerful poem.
