There is one small nitpick I will point out. In line 8 your should be you're or you could say you are. And in that same line I don't think you need "just".

But this is a very lovely poem and I can tell you wrote itfrom your heart. This is a true love poem that iI'd bet your love will love to death. Each line is very sweet and tells a little more about the one you love. Very good write!
