Pausing Time

There are times in your life that make you wish you could live in that moment forever. There is an amount of sadness in realizing you can't. But that is what makes that moment so important. When you come upon those times, take note of exactly how you feel. Remember all the small things about it that make it so amazing. Then later on, recall that memory. Spend a moment to re-live the memory. Recall everything about it. And for a brief time its like being there all over again.
