Love, a written expression

A few thoughts on love put into words....

Love without virtue is void lacking its very essence. The moment virtue is forsaken that love ceases to exist. It is impossible for that love to exist outside of this and yet it finds a way. Because love is ever evolving ever adapting. Ever changing as a cameliene bending, conforming, blending always hoping for better.

Love is ever evolving. I love you today but not as I did yesterday or will tomorrow. Love is as a child continuously growing. Born out of innocence maturing thru each experience.

Love is a perpetual state of change, yet steady. A continuious affirmation of acceptance.

Love can never truly die. However we can choose to avert our love thus starving it. To starve love is to go against that which we were born to do. Once the root has taken hold you can chop the tree down, even uproot it. But it's seeds have already been scattered. Such is love, even when starved or removed traces of that love have been imprinted all over our being. Thus to deny love is to deny our selves.

Love is vigorous motivated by passion. Love filled with passion but lacking vigor is as useless as a spark without tinder. Love nurtures, love invests. Love acts, love exists with conviction.

I challenge you to set your love into motion, love vigorously. Love in motion. -Jay Pierce

I know this isn't a typical poem per say but I think there's substance almost poetic...

I think its good. There's no such thing as a typical poem. Just a pen, paper, imagination, or heart. It has a lot of emotion. I like it.
