The message is really strong. There are a few grammar errors but nothing that's too glaring. I think when you feel something for someone (like a first love) those feelings will always be with you. It's okay to cry sometimes because it shows the people we love that we are human. At the start of this it seems like you love this person and as the poem goes on the feelings of sadness get worse. There is nothing wrong with walking away even though it's difficult at first in the end sometimes it's better.
