just take a deep breathe. I mean whenever I feel sad ( i can't compare the same sadness to how I feel to how you feel but it's worth the try).

Whenever I feel sad and this ache in my chest doesn't let me be. I write. Sometimes, if I write sad poems, the sadness lingers in me for a while. It's not of much help.

But if I use that sadness to write a happy and cheerful poem, I find some balance. I guess that's why some of my cheerful poems, I consider the saddest of them all because they were a product of sadness which eventually helped me contra-rest that feeling.

try to write cheerful poems, or to read cheerful poems... I have the feeling that that may help a little bit. At least a little bit.

hmm now that I think about it, there aren't that many cheerful or humorous poems in this site. What's wrong with us!

Sad and heartbreaking write! I can feel your pain and sadness in the poem and the repetition of the verse makes one feel it. Really a nice write!
