    OMG

I love this so much. The imagery is just beautiful and your wording was smooth throughout, very enjoyable read.

The title really appealed to me, and the imagery that this held on its own was very powerful. I really like how you transform the starting image of that crescent moon, and then end the poem with the full moon, beautifully done.

The idea of the crescent moon being fragile and wanting the comfort of a blanket, and a blanket of stars, was very touching, and also very fitting to the title, an embryo is so fragile and precious.

I adore this poem so much, not very often I get connected to a poem so much, but in this case, it is a definite favourite

This is such a beautiful piece. Though simple, it possesses the phenomenal power of inducing instant fantasy, atleast for me. Almost a professional piece. Few words, but a majestic composition.

I can visualize the crescent moon mixed with the form of a human baby reaching for a blanket of star, covering himself/itself and slowing becoming the whole of moon. The white glow of the big moon with bluish hues around it. And across the panorama, an endless space of brushed twinkling starry dots. Awh! such a beautiful image.

You are some kinda talent =)

Gaurav is correct in his commenting and assessment of you and your talent. This shows the growth you are achieving as a writer and this poem is wonderful. The words you selected and wove together present images that are clear and you can almost see them like a movie. I found myself reading and holding my breath until reached the end and with each line the next image appeared. Wonderful work and this deserves a place on the front page this next week as a Winner. If it doesn't then something is drastically wrong with the system and judges voting.

The title got me all a thinking, This is almost a one line poem on its own. Such a delicate and miraculous object juxtaposed against the vastness that is the know universe. That is before we even read the poem. I love line two, I thought line one wasn't very unusual on its own. I have probably read similar lines many times but linked to line two it works and is a winner. It shows real imagination and attention to detail. It also pitches the tone of this piece tremendously.
There is real powerful imagery throughout this piece, 'Fragile skeleton' and 'blanket of stars' the two stand outs for me. What Everlasting has down has crammed a huge story (with real emotion lifted from a snapshot in time) into a small and detailed piece. Worthy 10 pointer.

This has got to be; Hands down, one of my all time favorite nature poems to date! What a gorgeous poem by Everlasting!

The first line sunk me in... Orphan child references to describe the feelings of the moon, along with blanket stars.. just an incredible and detailed way of writing here.. The metaphor to describe the phases of the moon is truly breathtaking.
To top it off, its written in such a small piece with a magical message, Visually detailed and beautiful wording... !!!
