Omg! Again I don't completely understand this lol it is very good. I think this poem is about all the worries you have inside that mind of yours. And I think this is based on reality. It's very difficult to let go of all the things you hold in your past, and even present because they are always there looming over your shoulder. You started out very strong asking a very simple yet very delicate question, when is the right time to let go of your past? I really like how you seem to ask the reader this. Mistakes guilt us and make us think about our life deeply. Also love the questions that follow because you tie something about your past into each question. Like your child line could mean you are failing as a parent and cannot be the person your child thinks you are. And you had to grow through many relationships to find true love. The last line is powerful too. You are saying that all those worries can go away when you free your mind from writing. Beautiful work!

Andrea, sometimes words fail me. I can't even begin to describe how this poem made me feel, I wish I could wrap my arms around you and bring you some comfort.
You are one of the strongest, bravest women I know.
Just, you made me cry and you made my heart feel heavy for you. You're words are beautiful, sad and heartbreaking but always undoubtedly beautiful xx

There is no really much I can say about this piece, I have picked it because it is so emotion filled and very sad. But there is also great strength in this as well. Expertly written with every word earning its place. Maple tree has wore her heart on her sleeve with this piece an I applaud her bravery.
