A child breathing in your arms,
Completely dependent on you,
Powerless in the world.
Only recently an escapee of the womb,
And just like us
In the sense
He or she breathes
Moves
Heart's beating
And he or she will grow
Just like we did.
So what is the difference?
In this new age,
They are not considered worthy of living,
Unless the Mother wants 'it',
We do not consider it murder,
Not crime on any level.
When will we come to a time,
Where every living creation is
Recognized as life.
And when will we realize
Nobody should take the place of God,
Thinking we can Decide who deserves to live,
Or who deserves to die.
The definition of abortions is
"The deliberate termination of a human pregnancy,
Most often performed during the first 28 weeks."
But in this country of Canada abortion
Is legal up to nine months of pregnancy,
A full grown baby
Is not considered a living creature,
It is not considered life.
Does that seem right,
Like really?
A child should not be established
Like some rash or mole
You can go to the doctors
And get rid of!
We are high school students,
Some of us have friends
Who have gotten pregnant,
And some of us have siblings,
Or heard of it happening.
We have all seen it happen
To someone whether it's from a distance
Or a close encounter.
So in that way we can all relate to this situation,
Some better than others.
In Canada we are legally allowed to abort our children
Up to nine months.
The Father,
Grandparents,
Or any other family member is
Not entitled to decide,
If the baby lives or not,
Even if they wish to adopt him or her,
And take care of that child,
Only the Mother decides.
As if the child is the one responsible
For the pregnancy,
And the only one who should take fault.
Not the parents.
The argument commonly used about Abortion is
When a women is raped,
In that case many consider abortion is understandable,
But I disagree
Although it is not fair for a women
To have to cancel her dreams,
In order to provide for a child
She did not give consent for.
While dealing with the unending trauma they would be put through,
Ending that babies life
Does not set the wrong right,
Or make the pain go away.
In no way does it make two wrongs a right,
Or change what happen,
Nor curse the one who did it,
Or solve the problem.
Killing a baby is murder,
No matter how that child came about.
In this case adoption should be the answer.
It goes on like no one notices,
They die powerlessly without our protests,
We do not hear their silent screams,
Or blood-curdling cries,
Some die painlessly
While others do not,
But they are life,
And they did deserve a chance.
The total number of abortions that have been "reported",
Do not include the ones in secret,
It is outrageous the number being killed,
An estimated 48 million babies have been aborted since 1973.
If you were to average the number of abortions
In one year
It would come to the same amount of deaths
As what happened in the terrorist attacks on the World trade Center
But more than 400 more times.

They also say abortion worldwide
Kills more than every two months
Then the holocaust did in 12 years.
Abortions are illegal to be conducted,
In hospitals unless they are a health risk
For the Mother,
Which is very rare.
Although many happen any ways
In cruel and barbaric ways
Because since he or she
Is not considered life
They are not considered to feel anything.
Even though a baby feels pain
Prematurely
In the womb.
Even though women should have a right
To their own body,
Randy Alcorn writes,
"One's body does not belong to another's body merely because of proximity. A car is not part of a garage because it is parked there. A loaf of bread is not part of the oven in which it is baked."
He also states,
"Your tonsils or appendix are part of your body - individual organs you were born with - which you can have removed if necessary. Your baby, on the other hand, is not one of your organs, it's a whole new person, temporarily living and growing inside of you. The body you kill with abortion is not your own. The body killed by abortion belongs to another human being who is distinctly different and separate from you."

Biology is crystal clear
That at the moment of conception
It has become life.
A baby's heart beats inside the womb after ten weeks!
Starting to kick and move around at four to five months.
So how come it is not considered life in Canada until once he or she is nine months old
And already born.
Just because it is unborn

A baby can survive outside of the
Womb after six months
And in some cases before then.
It should not matter if it is one day
Or eight months and a half
After conception.
We consider a one celled ameba life
But not an eight or nine month old fetus life,
