Has My Life Improved Anothers

Life scares me in the capacity of loss
Seeing what there is to lose,
In times when my own is in danger
Feeling that its not mine to choose,

Watching how lives are altered
In a single step or action,
Knowing that its beyond one control
And involving multiple contraction,

When will our time end
Or does it really matter,
As long as we improve a life along the way
Our purpose shalt not shatter

    This was a great little message, it is very true how easily things can happen, how fast life can be taken away or altered by accidents or changes in life. But I think you are right in what you say - that as long as you live your life and make some difference in the world, or to other people, other lives, then somehow it gives us a sense of relief and fulfilment that we have done good, we have achieved something.
