Lawless Love

I always love poems that state a strong message and to me this one does. You want to be who you are no matter what and you don't or won't change for anyone. The simplicity of this poem is great and to me are the best kind. You don't always need fancy metaphor to get a message across. I can also see this poem where you just let all of your feelings out and will not be told how to live your life. With love, if you truly love a person, you will love them for who they are and accept their flaws and if you can't there are "plenty of fish in the sea". I think that's what you were trying to say. I hope this person reads your poem because it seems to be directed towards someone. Well done.

I like the simplicity to this piece and how the flow feels natural without making the piece feel so ordinary that it is a normal conversation or lecture to whoever. I also really like how it's directed at one specific person and yet it is still relateable, understandable, and completely honest to even a stranger in the audience. Very well written and wonderful use of tense in regards to the as i am, as i was, and as i will be comments. Well written

Oh my it's simple but so heart touching. .. this piece is perfect to read since it's both about life and love reading this makes me feel like I've read a small part of history both future and past beautiful read 5/5
