about society
Bound to a social contract that was never read, signed nor agreed upon. The minimum requirements for a contract under Contract Law never met; with no offer, consideration or acceptance. A contract that only ever applied whenever it solely benefited them and on their own terms. A contract where one party does not perform their obligations, but still they persist to keep committing breaches of a contract that is as tangible as the heavens are to us now. Reciprocated with force when consent had not been given. There was never the freedom to choose. Born into a field of chains. The Law of the Land was never truly on the land but in the pockets of the rich. We were never truly governed by a superficial contract, but by the lack of courage and solidarity. |
