She saw it happen
Her tears not gone, they will remain
No one knows how long
It could be days, weeks, or a month
The image in her head has stayed and will remain
All she remembers is saying “No Please Don't!”
He puts the gun to his head
He slowly pulls the trigger
Her tears fall as she watches him fall to the ground
He's lying still; she calls 911
Police arrive at the scene
She tells what happens but her tears make her words unclear
“ He shot himself,” she says as clearly as possible
Police contacts his family
The family is all in tears for their son will never return again to life
As they know he's in a better place
The thought that he shot him self haunts them
the day of the funeral finally has come, she does not go
She stares out her window looking at the cemetery
Watching the Funeral
Knowing her friend will be gone forever
She can't watch the casket go in the ground so she looks away with tears in her face
She can't watch her friend go
