Poppy (haiku/acrostic)

Lovely! Haiku and acrostic in one. Poppies are beautiful.

Love love this haiku. I think what makes it well written is the acrostic. Red is the perfect use to spell the letters out. So the location is the field, that tells me it's a sunny day or clear night. A time of place where you can see the flowers well. Bloody is well used here as well. You normally think of blood as something dark or messy but here it is something so beautiful and bright. And the poppy is the key here and makes it nature. They are such beautiful and vibrant flowers that are pleasing to the eye. So delightful is really well used. I wish I could nominate. Excellent!
