Love the message of this poem Maryanne. Anger is an emotion not a lot of people like to deal with either way. Sometimes all we can do is let it all out and let "the storm pass". Anger really is a storm too. So I loved the thunder stanza. People really do stomp around and bash dishes to " prove a point". Here it seems like all you want to do is let your anger out until there is nothing left. Once anger takes over us, there is nothing we can do until it passes, its very difficult to control. Loved the title as well. It fits very well.
