Ugh. This is wonderful! There are definitely two different stanzas here but they connect very well together. When you think about roses, there is always love involved. I also love that you put this in the nature category. You could say it's love but there is a lot of nature involved. The wording to me works well, for you stayed consistent with the theme of the poem and what you wanted to say. The rose is a love symbol. To me the first stanza sets up the second one well. The last line is the best one I feel. Even in death you will always have love. That's why people leave roses on the graves. To know you still care. No matter what. Beautiful write with lots of meaning. |
