I really like the wording of this piece and how you are being so honest about what this person means to you and how the various situations and details surrounding this person, yourself, and your relationship are each effecting you so much.

I really like the first three of four lines, they were a great opening for your piece. your style choice is interesting and your flow needs a little itty bit of work at the end, but all in all this is a great piece.
