In A Moment

It's strange how in such a short time,
Someone can become important to you.
Someone who not long ago,
You seemed to barely know.
This one person you barely noticed,
Somehow seeming to be everything you've ever wanted.
This person,
This long lost prince of sorts,
Being the reason for your smile,
Your happiness.
And suddenly,
The world falls into place again.
And everything you believed in the past becomes a distant memory,
And he is your present,
And hopefully,
Your future.

    Judging Comment:

    This indeed made me smile and nod my head in
    agreement. In a moment, is a reality write that
    each one of us have gone through and experienced
    it. In a moment anything can happen, by accident
    or not; you come across this person, a stranger
    who then becomes your whole world.

    I especially liked the last few lines:

    The world falls into place again.
    And everything you believed in the past becomes a distant memory,
    And he is your present,
    And hopefully,
    Your future.

    Such a sweet and loving write with a wonderful
    ending that leaves a smile behind.

    I really like how much truth is in this piece, you can never tell who is going to be important to you or in what ways and sometimes it really does happen that fast. The love in this is really quite obvious and you wrote something extraordinarily sweet. I think so many people can relate to this and that is a great mark of a great author (so awesome job zo!)
