Drunken Stupor

Its a pain to be in love with someone who you never expected to love.
That person being the opposite of what you expected to fall for.
It is even worse when things with that person change,
And you only seem appealing at the expense of his liver.
Am i only attractive to a drunken fool?
Or is that when his true, hidden feelings emerge?
The love that I have for him lasts through all things.
But the only time his eye is on me,
Is after he is at the bottom of the bottle.
Yet,
It is an amazing feeling he radiates at such moments...
