I miss you like a car

by Everlasting   Sep 28, 2014

What if I told you that I miss you?

That I miss you like a car
parked on the road, misses gasoline
to go on...

Will you come and give my spirit fuel?

Or will I remain like a car
parked on the road, does...
Parked without a drive to go anywhere
in this world?

Or will you come and drive my life
into the different roads that we, both, need to travelled
in order to reach at our destined abode?

If so, you'll be like my driver, and I, like your car
You'll drive me insanely in love, and I will take you
wherever you need to be and go in life.

These reflective poems you write are very interesting and
what I've always noticed is that your voice always comes through. Good one!
