Genesis

by Baby Rainbow   Oct 4, 2014

The black abyss of denial has ended,
as a silent sea of sorrow emerges.
Powerless to the child in the mirror,
I let us become captive to ourselves.
Hell's rain drowns our courage
as we enter this unknown world
of black gold and unlearned rules.
A journey where true justice
can only exist, if we first
stop blaming ourselves,
and face the fear of
something new.

This is such a great message. It kind of goes with what the world is nowadays honestly. We keep blaming others for our own problems and in that it causes the world to fight when instead we can choose to live in peace. This has very clever wording within it. When a child is lost within adulthood that's where issues can happen. You were in denial and now the sorrow as cone to the for front. Facing our fears is difficult and not a lot of people can do it on their own, but the message is strong. The world will make you feel alone and you cannot do anything to save yourself. Overall excellent write!
