Dear chocolate

by Dancing Rivers   Oct 6, 2014

Dear chocolate, thank you for always being there,
when I never needed you in my life,
thank you for showing me that you care,
though you could cut the fat with a knife.

Dear chocolate, it's not me, it's you!!!!
You're too damn good for your own good.
now tell me what to do
waiting to lose this weight is making me misunderstood.

People think I'm crazy, when I say you're so bad you're amazing
but they don't understand what you do to me.
When I'm with you I feel like star gazing
but there's nothing but rolling (hills) to see.

Dear chocolate I wish I could be like you again,
a one size fits all kind of girl,
but there's many things from you I've gained,
like bad skin, and too much sugar that makes me hurl.

Dear chocolate, thank you for being you,
but now I need to be me,
I love you I do
but I love me more when I'm skinny.
