Gray

by redxiii   Oct 12, 2014

Looking for something worth dying
Leaving behind something
That can never be taken
Some may call this hope or religion
Through my eyes these are false
But it leaves me completely loss
I don't wish my beliefs on anyone
That would be too cruel
To see through my eyes
Everything so gray
I keep my brain in a haze
This is the only way I know to deal
Wishing to wake up realizing nothing's real
Yet the pain is to severe to not be real
Learning to swim in the pain
Enjoy the nerves singnaling my brain
Screaming they're in pain
Thriving on the physical rather than mental pain
Pushing to my ends
Not even wanting a new beginning
There's no need there is not a happy end
Anyway you twist it
In the end it's the same shit

Short, to the point, and full of raw emotion.
    Excellent poem!
    On another note,
    Chin up, love :)
