The fourth line says "i'll" every other instance of this is capitalized so to continue your flow and style you should probably capitalize this one too - unless of course you wanted to draw emphasis to this particular instance as in you feel you cannot try harder even though you say you will or as if this means more than anything else you say here (though I'm not leaning towards the second.
