Wish

The pictures with words were good.

Jyoti, I really loved the simplicity of the message you delivered in this poem. I think so often in life we never stop to think about things we wish we could do or things we wish we had. This poem plays a lot into my childhood fantasies that I might have imagined when I was little. It's also somewhat relevant to the present me as well. Sometimes when relaxing and sitting outside I daydream about such things that you mention in the poem.

In all, this was a joy to read and I am glad I was able to read it. Again, simplicity is often so underused in poetry, but you used it and to a wonderful affect. I hope you continue to write and grow in your talent. Great job and keep writing!

I wish I could feel my life as I want
