The Tiny Star

by Ashraf Al Deen   Oct 21, 2014

I was alone and on my way,
Touch of a soft breeze makes me sway.
All on a sudden events will happen,
Like the execution of a divine plan.
It's a star so tiny and shy,
In the milky way across Arab sky.
I liked it the way it was busy;
Twinkling, radiating, shiny and easy.
It caught my sight 'n along that ladder,
Came straight to me quietly from far.
Hello there! Can we join 'n mutually learn,
Happiness 'n divine pleasure we can earn.
The tiny star twinkles and smiles,
From a distance of thousands of miles.
Suddenly the star in a dreamy race,
Gets into my heart and takes its place.
It's now inside me so near 'n so bright,
I can see the tiny star smiling day 'n night.
