Omg Andrew, I believe this is the nest poem I've read from you! Not only did you go into so much detail about each illness, you understood how each one works in the brain.

I love the introduce at the beginning of this, you do a great job introducing what is to come and what is normal in this world. What most people see is judging others for mental health. Also I loved the double sided view points of each stanza. What most people see and what the mental health sees.

Depression and anxiety both go hand and hand most of the time. Because one can lead into the other. It's sad how we are silently judged for being depressed and there is a huge difference between depression and sadness. Well a lot of people do get sad yes, people often don't understand that depression is just added sadness from weeks on end and people often cry themselves to sleep. Same with anxiety, you cannot control how nervous you get at all.

Bipolar is a scary thing, and sadly people do judge you for mood swings that you cannot control. They are not "weird" just manic and then low, people don't understand that its an imbalance in the brain. Sigh. Bipolar is tough to live with as any moment could be high or low.

Schizophrenia I admittedly do not know much about, but if you have or see multiple things at once, oh wow that is difficult. Having multiple personalities is not something we should joke about.

Whether people believe it or not, mental illness is crippling and deadly. Thank you for writing this, nominated! 5/5
