Jealous Memories

Jealousy lights up your eyes
as you stare into the depths
of my abstract home.

I watch the memories come alive
with every blink, reminiscing on
the treasured moments captured
beneath this very bridge.

You take one last glance at
the recreated memory on the wall,
before walking away with a heavy heart
and tear-stained cheeks.

I guess you already know
that he is now living the same
memories with her, instead of you.
