Well that's unfortunate. Ugh, to realize that all the progress that you THOUGHT you've made in feeling better and becoming better isn't exactly true. The saying "Fake it til you make it" came to mind as I was reading this poem - and apparently the poet has yet to really 'make it'.../:
But time helps, time always helps.
It's a very sad but good read!
