Lovely poem! This actually reminds me of a poem read in class by Sarah Zale titled "Sometimes you do things". It reminded me of such a human confession, that we can't be perfect or always do/say/act in the right way. Yet we aren't failures, even if we fail at a few things or make mistakes. That doesn't mean we are that. I like how your character shines through this piece, humble and even with the line "I try my best", it encourages me that sometimes that is all we can do. And it is enough.
