Just Breathe

I need a day I can sit and look,
Amongst the trees with just a book,
The breeze in my hair and the sun kissing my skin,
This is how my detox begins,
No television to waste my time,
No computer to corrupt my mind.

I just need to sit back and breath,
Find a natural reprieve,
It's easy to loose myself in modern day living,
This electronic life can be quite unforgiving,
To get away from the mobile phone,
It's quite relaxing to have some time alone.
