Cotyledons moving up
Turning into leaves

^^Nice way of starting a poem by asking the reader have you seen. The gap between allows the question to sink in. I've not really seen a cotyledon turn into a leaf but reading this draws an image.

Butterfly struggling
Out of chrysalis

^^This I've witnessed and even though its a struggle, in this too there is beauty to be admired. The cycle of life.

From Nature we learn
The key words

Patience and perseverance
Lead us to glory

^^Nature does have a way to teach us; if only we stop and look around us. No matter how much we trample across the grass, pluck her beautiful children from their stems and chop down her generations...they still survive. They teach us just as the poem says-patience and perseverance.
