    I love this!!

I like nature poems and I especialy like this, nice use of tempo for a short write too, I like how it almost seems to accuse the night for being selfless (it's how I read it anyhoo)

    Love it :-)

Love the piece especially how you used night to depict a person( I presume the persons a motherly character).

Lovely little piece - again you use interesting contrasts with the light and dark, and how the night is dark, despite all the stars and moon lighting the sky up.

I like the personification of the night, and how it manages to please others even when it cannot please itself.

Wow, this piece made me stop and think. I had to read it a few times before i saw it as anything more than a nature piece describing a scene. I enjoy the way you (as has been said by Saffie already,) contrasted the light and the dark. i enjoy the way you penned this and you were able to create such a flow in such a short piece without leaving anything out. the depth here is wonderful and the style is beautiful. I love this, it is going in my favorites.

    Thank you for writing this.

Simplistic and elegant poem about night, crafted with a twist and new freshness by Everlasting this week!

The nature message alone is precious but then you take another deep meaning to this piece.

Going deeper, much deeper. A person is in a dark place within their soul but all others see is the smile and they see beauty while the darkness within makes it so the person can't see it themselves.

    Beautiful and thought provoking poem!!
