I love this, I think it is beautiful it so precise and eloquently written. It allows me to know her even though I never met her. She must have been a wonderful woman. |

She was Kitten, and she would have adored your poetry, she adored your daughter's poetry :-) |

I love this piece, it is so beautifully penned (as are so many of your works) but I mean for being for someone so loved and adored throughout her life that makes this even more beautiful than a lot of those. I love how you captured her essence in the talk of baking as well as within every single line. It has a different tone than most of your pieces, as if you are really trying to make this one stand out. It is wonderfully crafted thank you for sharing so many of your memories and her personality traits with the audience and all of her poetic friends. |

Hugs you! |
Cannot not possibly comment other than this is one of the most beautiful dedications and it warms my heart, though I never met her of course, she sounds like the most kind, pure, encouraging spirit one can know. |
Oh, my heart. </3 |

I almost cried. Truly a testament to how capable words can be to describe our personal universe. I'm definitely going to keep visiting this one. |

What a powerful piece Andrea, death always takes the kind hearted people too soon right? What a beautiful dedication to someone a lot of people hold dear to themselves. Memories hold special meanings to people who were close to them. You and your mother had that special bond of flowers and each spring they bloomed just like your relationship did and when you bake she is with you as well. Though they don't quite taste the same, but you feel like they do because she is looking down at you when they are baking. No words can describe how much a death can effect a person, but when it is heard in the hearts of many then it is truly hard and they were special. 5/5 |

When I read this, I didn't have the words to express my thoughts, for how can you express the kind of beauty your words hold? |

Maple Tree has given us a very touching dedication this week, one which will bring you to tears, especially if you had the pleasure of knowing the dear woman whom the poem speaks about. The touching details in this poem are beautiful, personal, and truly capturing. A poem that easily brings memories alive and captures the soul of Momma Pike once more, for everyone to remember. |
I wish I could comment properly about this piece, I really wish I could, but I'm not good at commenting ): This write is moving and touching and lovely. This is sorrowful, sad, and beautiful. The emotions that are poured with every word really go straight to the hearts of the reader. I really love everything about this -- the memories that you tell, April, the kitchen and the cookies, how her memory is a soft flower, and of course, how much you love your mother dearly. Beautiful and moving write. Thanks for sharing (: I really adore this (: |
