Good poem... I just think the structure of this could improve:
"I can see the light on the "other side" shining so bright"
I don't think you need "shining so bright" there, it was an 11 syllable line that just didn't seem to fit in my opinion... you could cut it down to two...
Well apart from that minor thing, good poem. Sad one too.

so well written but so sad, in my opinion, great one. keep writing, this one was powerful to me.

the middle flowed really great, but the end was sorta forced. either way, i still give it a 5!

Well I think at should have been on. The rest seemed to flow real good but like alot of your work you seem to take the victims perspective. I don't know because of the power of emotion you have or you just feel that way. It gave me a hazy picture here and there but nothing abit of revision can't fix...
